Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the services provided at aiqa-inference (the “Service”), operated by SPACEGOGO PTE. LTD. (Singapore, the “Company”, “we”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

We provide pay-as-you-go programmatic API access to large language model (LLM) inference. Customers purchase prepaid usage credits and consume them by calling our OpenAI-compatible REST API. The Service is delivered digitally and instantaneously upon payment confirmation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is intended for business and developer use. You may not use the Service if you are located in a country subject to U.S. or Singapore sanctions (including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:
  • Generate content that infringes intellectual property, defames individuals, or violates applicable law.
  • Produce CSAM, content sexualizing minors, or content depicting non-consensual sexual acts.
  • Generate disinformation, malware, phishing material, or content intended to deceive users into financial loss.
  • Circumvent rate limits, share API keys publicly, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Resell raw API access at scale without a written reseller agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules and to forfeit unused credits where the violation is severe (fraud, abuse, illegal activity).

5. Credits, Pricing, and Billing

Credits are sold in fixed tiers ($5 Starter, $20 Pro, $100 Scale) with tier-specific bonus percentages. Per-call pricing in tokens per million is published on our pricing page and may be adjusted with at least 14 days’ prior notice. Unused credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Credits are non-transferable.

See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: unused credits are refundable in full within 30 days of purchase; partial refunds for used credits are evaluated case-by-case.

7. Customer Content & Data

We do not train models on your prompts or outputs. We retain request metadata (timestamps, token counts, model, response duration) for billing and abuse detection for up to 90 days. Request and response bodies are not retained unless required for a specific compliance investigation. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Service Availability

We target 99.5% monthly availability but make no formal SLA. Planned maintenance is announced via email at least 48 hours in advance. Upstream LLM provider outages may temporarily affect specific models; we route to fallback providers where available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore International Commercial Court.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
