Refund Policy

30-day full refund window

We want you to be confident trying the Service. Within 30 days of any credit purchase, you may request a full refund of any unused credit balance. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (Stripe charge → original card; PayPal → original PayPal account / linked card). Processing time:
  • Stripe: 5–10 business days back to your card.
  • PayPal: 1–5 business days to your PayPal account.

How to request

Email support from the email address registered with your account, including:
  • The transaction date and amount.
  • Reason (optional but helps us improve).
We process refund requests within 2 business days.

Partial refunds (after 30 days, or used credit)

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis when:
  • A service outage prevented you from using credits you purchased.
  • A model returned consistently malformed output due to a defect on our side.
  • You were billed for an outage period > 1 hour.
Partial refunds are pro-rated by the unused portion of the credit balance at the time of the issue, capped at the original purchase amount.

What is not refundable

  • Credits consumed by legitimate API requests, regardless of whether the model output met your subjective expectations.
  • Credits forfeited due to terms-of-service violations (fraud, abuse, sanctioned-country use).
  • Credits older than 12 months (the credit expiry period).
  • Bonus credit portions (e.g., “+20% free” on Starter tier) — only the paid portion is refundable.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us via /contact. We resolve most issues within 48 hours and most chargebacks are unnecessary. Frivolous chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Currency & fees

Refunds are issued in USD (the original transaction currency). If your bank applies a foreign-exchange conversion when receiving the refund, that fee is the bank’s, not ours.
